Give Online
Giving online allows you to make one-time or automatically recurring contributions and view your complete online giving history from anywhere you have access to the Internet. This service works in conjunction with the software program our church currently uses to manage all our membership and giving records. This will allow FBC to continue providing you with complete giving statements that will include both online and offline gifts.
Online gifts are processed through a separate, secure website provided by Vanco Payment Solutions, an organization that specializes in church/non-profit donations. The Vanco website uses technology provided by Wells Fargo Bank so you can be confident your transactions are processed with the greatest security possible.

2. Click on the Create Profile button
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to create your account and schedule your recurring contributions
Text to Give
We are excited to expand our online giving platform to now include giving through phone texting. Text giving is simply using your mobile phone to send money to the church for an offering or activity fee. After you send your first text, you will be asked to set up your individual account. Please note that this account is separate from your traditional online giving account. It should only take a few minutes to register. In your setup, you will need to provide your credit card number from a smart phone. Any donation you text will be charged to your provided credit card. The software is encrypted to properly protect your information.

2. Body of text: [Dollar Amount] SPACE [Texting Code]

3. [Send]
You will receive a text with a link.
4. Click on the link
5. Fill in the Contact & Credit Card information
6. [Process]
You may specify how the donation is used by using a texting code. General Fund giving doesn’t require a texting code.

Please note that each fund donation will require a separate text. You cannot give to multiple funds in the same text; however, you can send the texts back to back.
Key Words – The software has built-in tools to assist you.
Text the word funds to our texting number to receive a response listing each of the text codes.
If you forget how to type your amount, you can text the word assist to the number and it will send you instructions.
You will have the option to make your contribution recurring. You can also set your giving text to be recurring by typing the word repeat after submitting your donation.
Example of a donation to a specified fund
Here is an example of a text to donate $1.00 to the Missions fund.

After you submit your giving text, you will receive a text thanking you and acknowledging your donation. The text will NOT tell which fund your donation was directed to; however, an emailed receipt will give details of your donation.
