o The renter is responsible for cleaning up and returning the rented facilities to their original condition.
o If catering food, the renter must bring their own supplies (cups, plates, utensils, coffee, coffee filters, etc.).
o Renters are welcome to use the provided coffee machines.
o NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR SMOKING is allowed in or on the property.

o The renter must provide proof of liability insurance coverage.

o The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Faith Baptist Church from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented facilities.
