KIDZONE
SUNDAY SCHOOL HOUR
SUNDAYS AT 9:45 AM
KidZone is for children in 1st through 6th grade and begins at 9:45am! During the Sunday school hour, children will have a 15 minute opening that includes singing, reviewing God’s promises, and collecting an offering which goes to missions. We have an offering goal of $350.00 per year, and we have accomplished that goal for the last several years!
At 10:00 am our children are dismissed to their Sunday School classes where they are taught from a 2 year curriculum that covers portions of the Bible from Genesis through Revelation.
JUNIOR CHURCH
SUNDAYS AT 11 AM
Junior church is for children in grades 1-4 and is an opportunity for children to worship God in a time that is geared towards them while the adults have their morning worship service.
Much like the adult service, we begin our time with singing (although our songs involve a lot more hand motions and actions than the adult songs!) and then we move into the Bible lesson where the students are learning God's Promises. Unlike the adults, we like to end our time with a review game. The girls and boys compete against each other answering questions from the Bible lesson to earn points in various types of games depending on the week.
While we have Junior church at church for grades 1-4, we also have virtual Peter Panda episodes for ages 1-99. These Bible lessons geared toward children are told with the aid of our star Peter Panda and air each Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
